Dr. Mike Fanelli, a proud Utica native, has been serving the community with exceptional dental care since 1997. With a deep-rooted connection to the area and a passion for dentistry, Dr. Fanelli brings a wealth of experience and a personal touch to every patient he sees. Dr. Mike Fanelli graduated with honors from Utica College and earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the prestigious Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where he also served as class president. Committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements, Dr. Fanelli has undergone extensive training, including specialized education in Implant Dentistry at the Zimmer Institute.

Our mission is to foster a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can gather, share experiences, and receive the support they need to thrive. At the Q Center, we celebrate diversity and promote equality through a variety of programs and services designed to empower LGBTQ youth and young adults. Our offerings include case management services to assist with housing, medical care, mental health services, and more. Our after-school programs provide tutoring, college counseling, access to a comprehensive LGBTQ library, and state-of-the-art resources at the David Bohnett CyberCenter.
