"They got me with the bait and switch! In order to get buy one get one 1/2 off with one pair of shoes and one pair of crocks, the crocks have to me more expensive than the shoes! I seriously just wasted 30 minutes of my life and got really excited to be a first time cracks owner! I’ll never shop at famous footwear again!"
"Ordered a pair of shoes online for curbside pickup. Within a few minutes, I received an e-mail stating that my order was ready for pickup. I arrived at the store, and clicked on the "I'm Here" link in the e-mail to notify the store that I am waiting in the parking lot. After 20 minutes, I am still waiting. I walk to the front door of the store to find signs stating that the store is "closed due to lack of staff" for the day. Perhaps they could have either updated their website with this information or at the very least not sent me an e-mail advising that my order is ready for pickup? Bad form, this is the type of experience that drives me further and further away from dealing with brick and mortar shopping."
