"Looks like they also gotta have some manners training for the staff in their first 90 days. Sucks that the general applicant pool is comprised of degenerates from the surrounding area. At least coach them a bit better supervisors/team leads/managers!"

"I used to shop in Old Navy more often especially for one season use of summer clothes. Not so much now. This location has always been convenient for us making returns and for store pick up. I was in the store today (a Wednesday) a little after lunchtime and it was neatly organized. They also have great displays and clean fitting rooms. The young lady on the register wasn’t the most cordial; however for some reason I didn’t take the semi scowl on her face personal. There was another associate named Takayla who was very pleasant. I first encountered her in the fitting room then out on the sales floor. She was on point, with a welcoming demeanor. Same with the manager, Karen. She greeted me with a smile on her face. Chuckling… this is why I probably made a purchase after making my return from an online purchase. It’s between a Carvel and Ulta. There’s a large parking lot although there are several stores in the plaza."

"Maybe it's me but this store was a mess. Poorly staffed. Not much of a selection. It almost seemed as though old navy wants you to shop online. With all the talk of supporting local merchants this was a huge fail."

"Customer service was on point. The store itself was a little chaotic but not difference from any other old navy."

"visited today w my wife and two young grandchildren. to be kind... the store was an absolute mess w clothes all over the place where they should not be. piles and piles everywhere there were 11 people on line and more being added and there was one cashier - one cashier. the wait was as long as 20 minutes to have them take our money. i asked who i believe was the manager if it was at all possible to add someone and i was told there is only one cashier available. note that there were perhaps 6-8 employees roaming the store doing other things. after waiting ten minutes as the line got longer, i asked again and the manager (i believe) went behind the counter to be another cahier. she left after about ten minutes. another person went behind the counter and could not open the register but after about five minutes mored to another on that opened. after five minutes there was once again only one cashier w perhaps 13-15 shoppers wanting the store to take their money. i saw three people just drop the clothes from their arms and leave."
