"Went to Dr Nizam and told him I had my microbiome tested which showed I had SIBO. I requested a hydrogen breath test. He immediately dismissed me and said he wanted to put me under anesthesia and scope my stomach. I expressed that I wanted to try noninvasive testing first. He said no and refused to listen to me. Went to another doctor, got the hydrogen breath test which was positive. I’m finally being treated. I don’t recommend any doctor that is dismissive and doesn’t listen to his patients. Advocate for yourself. Do your research and don’t agree to anything you don’t feel comfortable with."
