"Everyone we have encountered at the Camillus office is very kind and understanding. Dr. Amin is caring and always takes the time to listen, often going above and beyond. Service is speedy, but not to speedy. You can also get your blood drawn right there at the office. We highly recommend Dr. Amin and his staff."

"The worst medical practice I have ever dealt with. The process of trying to get an appointment when you're sick is RIDICULOUS. Took 3 days of calling, speaking to a nurse, who then sent the message to the doctor, who then deemed my son was worthy of being seen, who then said someone will call you to schedule an appointment. No one called, I called the office, and by then, no appointments were available. Oh, and they won't see you in the Camillus office if you're sick. Absolutely useless. Edited to add: The practice then sent us a bill for the doctor calling my son to ask him what his symptoms were! No medical advice given, just billed as a visit when he saw no one! Fraudulent practices in my opinion..."

"The receptionists make it feel like you’re the biggest inconvenience ever. Whether just checking in for an appointment or calling them over the phone I’m always met with negative responses and rude looks. Being in a customer-facing position you should be a lot nicer and I should not be made to feel like an annoyance when I am asking for help."

"This is, by far, the worst, most useless doctor's office I've ever been a client of. Here's a list of issues: 1) They will not treat illnesses. I attempted to schedule an appointment with my primary care to treat a case for strep throat, and I was told that they won't prescribe antibiotics for strep without a test, and they do not do testing at their office. 2) They do not take your medical concerns seriously. I had a case of severe ankle pain, and wanted to book an appointment with the doctor to get it examined, and perhaps get a referral to an ortho to get it examined by an expert, and the lovely lady in reception insinuated I was a pill popper and a hypochondriac. Because I didn't have a referral, I was only able to schedule an appointment months later, and when I was finally able to see the ortho, it turned out I had a tear in my calf muscle. 3) Every single time I've seen them, I need to call and fight with them because they keep trying to bill my insurance as if they're a specialist, when they're a primary care. I guess they need to steal money somehow. 4) These people just want to churn out physicals and collect insurance money. They do not care about you, they do not care about your health. The nurses are polite and as helpful as they're allowed to be, I wouldn't want to say a single bad thing about them. They do their best at a medical practice that has nothing but contempt for their clients."
