"I just walked in to ask a question about services. The staff member at the front desk literally laughed at me and made a comment to the next person in line. This is a horrific experience from a potential client. I will share widely that they are not patient friendly and dismissive to them. Absolutely horrible."
"Non excellent comments are medication related and not directed towards provider but frustration with what cannot be given for nerve pain due to my own tolerance and WC approval and not having enough pain medication through the.day limiting me to my bed or recliner. Again, this is not a reflection towards my provider as.she has always done her best to help and.always shown me that she.cares."
"Poor customer service. I had a 7:30am appointment and was told to come at 7am in order to fill out paperwork. I arrived on time only for the doors to be all locked and the lady at the desk to ignore me standing right in front of the door. They don’t even open the doors until 7:30 and they don’t answer any phones until 8. Fine but don’t have me show up at 7 in the morning to sit in a foyer for half an hour! What a waste of time. Get your directions that you’re relaying to patients together."
