"I noticed that people of color do not get the same treatment. Left sitting for 30 mins at a time before being able to order, did not get bread offered refills etc, had to ask to order many times..people were rude and acted like we were not there. They went out of their way to help others while we were ignored. We felt very uncomfortable, will not be back and won't recommend it."

"Pizza was crispy and delicious. The cappuccino was amazing with the freshly filled cannolis. The owner and staff were very friendly. We are on the no frills pizza the slice side of the business which is great for when you just want a slice of pizza like in the old days. Right next door they have a really pretty sit down restaurant. We will be coming back soon for a date and to try their pastas and other things."
"We had a wonderful dinner for a colleague who had just retired at Aversano’s. There were 17 of us seated in their private dining area and we had ordered from their catering menu which offered us the most options. The food was outstanding! Everyone enjoyed everything…which is rare. The food was served family style. We had several appetizers, multiple entrees, salad, pasta, potatoes, beverages ( including wine beer and soda) dessert and coffee …including Cappuccinos!!! There was no shortage of food or beverages. The service was excellent! Valerie, Ryan and Cathy were excellent. They were all very attentive. The kitchen staff deserves a shout out as the food was plentiful, hot, served as ordered and looked appetizing! We all had a wonderful time and will be going back to Aversano’s for other meals with other family and friends."
