"I don’t blame the drivers or workers for a poor job being done, I blame the management team in charge. My instructions on the order are there for a reason and yet it’s barely followed. Treat your workers better and they will do their jobs better than they are. This is a constant issue, management get involved."

"This Dominos never disappoints. They never miss with the pizzas or any of the other products you could order. Hate to say I haven't had a bad experience in Brewster with any restaurant thus far. But this Dominos comes in clutch and also makes sure everything tastes great!"

"I absolutely hate the automated call service. You can’t get hold of anyone live on the phone. It just repeats itself over and over. Delivery service from this location has definitely gotten worse over time. I think, I’m done ordering from here. Going to give my business to local Pizza shops from now on."

"I’ve given this locations few chances. Once the pizza came as though it was crushed. Another time it took close to 2 hours for our food. And now this time the food was supposed to come with 2 dipping sauce of blue cheese and nothing. So when they screwed up the delivery I was sent a coupon for a free pizza or points so I went to use that coupon today and lo and behold it was expired. So I just called the location and was asked to please hold, which I did and 5 minutes later no one came back to the phone. NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"The good news is that the delivery arrived exactly at the time i requested it to arrive, and the pizza was okay. However, as soon as I opened the "mild" wings, my eyes smarted. The wings were hot and spicy. I immediately called to complain and they agreed to send a replacement. But the replacement was also too spicy to eat. I had to run them in cold water to get the hot sauce off them and they were barely edible. Then we were eating our spinach-feta cheese bread and my wife said where's the spinach? She was right, no spinach and cheddar cheese instead of feta. I didn't call for a replacement on that. The cheese bread was good but not what we ordered. They need to pay attention to the accuracy of their orders, and ensure that their "mild" wings are not slathered in hot sauce."
