"library with very small selection. poor interior design. very noisy. more like a daycare after 3pm. staff room on the lower levels talk too loud and noise bleeds into the group study lounge and the left-most single-private study lounge."
"Extremely noisy after 3pm. The main problem is all the teachers running their cash tutoring businesses out of the library (which is paid for by taxpayers). That's just not right (do I get to run my business there too and see clients?) and especially when this all happens in the quiet area with no respect for people studying. The librarians do nothing about this. Two other issues in the quiet area are: 1) the side ceiling is open to the above area which can be quite loud, and 2) the wifi in the quiet area is absolutely awful and if you say something to the librarian you get a stare like you're from outer space. Oh yeah, you can't forget the elevator bell chiming every 30 seconds, that's quite special... and bewildering. Why is there a bell ringing in the quiet area especially when the elevator door almost never opens on that level??? Aside from ignoring the quiet area issues the librarians are otherwise very pleasant and helpful. And the whole place is always clean and organized with a good vending machine."
"The library is very beautiful but the some of the staff isn't the nicest. I politely asked Nancy to be a little quieter because I was trying to study in the down stairs quite section. She was having a conversation for about 20 minutes and it was very distracting. I not only received an attitude when I first asked but after that she came and found me to explain that there are quite cubicles in the back if I wanted silence... even though I was on the quite floor."
