"Please do not show up for an appointment before 710am, even if your forms states be there at 7am. They ARE NOT OPENED yet. They open at 7:30 (sometimes 7:15am). Learn from our lesson after waiting outside for over an hour in 30 degree temperatures. That aside; make sure to have all your forms filled out before hand online and have your medical cards available. Lastly, the MRI tech or nurse - light skinned black woman with blond hair is a saint!!! She has the patience of an angel and super friendly, easy going, and understanding. Even gave me uplifting words, though the appointment was for my family member. To her & her alone; YOU MADE MY DAY, Thank You!!!"

"I had the worst experience here. There were two radiologists who were extremely rough with me during the breast exam. I'm not sure if they handle all their patients like that, but i informed them of it and their response was "we were rougher last time." Not "I'm sorry" or trying to adjust the pressure. As a result, they did not upload my results and this is unethical and unacceptable. I definitely will find somewhere else to go and be sure to inform others of what kind of services to expect here."

"I was impressed with the organization and that the clinic was NOT CROWDED! Since I completed the registration online and downloaded pictures of my ID, UHC Card and referral pages, the process went smoothly. The facility is conveniently located and easily reached from my home! I especially liked that I could get an early appointment because I am an early riser. The technicians are professional, polite, pleasant, and efficient. I did not feel as though I was rushed or neglected. The visit took the time necessary for the exams that I needed to be performed. VERY WELL RUN! VERY WELL TREATED! Thank you for the experience. I appreciate your service."

"The staff was very nice I was greeted when I entered information was checked to make sure I was the person there for the appointment. Wait time was not long at all, the technician that took care of me was well educated very gentle took her time explained every step that she was doing and apologize for any uncomfortable positions that I may have to be in. very knowledgeable and it showed in her work. Conversation was great and she wished me happy holidays and the best and explain that I will receive the report and it will be given to my doctor also. My experience was awesome along with the reminders and to have questions answered prior to come to the office saved a lot of time highly recommend this office thank you!"

"Upon arriving, I was disappointed to see there was a huge line and lots of other patients awaiting their turns. I immediately thought to myself maybe I should reschedule. 4 seconds later a very nice, respectful woman came to the line to make check in quicker. I was asked to sit down. 2 minutes later my check in was complete and I was called in about 5 minutes after. The staff was helpful, quick, and completed my entire appointment in under 30 minutes in total. They deserve the 5 stars! Thanks Lenox Hill"
