"Sam is an awesome plumber! Very courteous and very polite! He took time to explain exactly what he was going to do to locate the leak, and what repairs would be done once the leak was found. He took pictures and explain to me all that was going to be detailed in the email to me. We also discussed replacing my water heater and he gave me a quote.
