Caitlin went out of her way to help me get scheduled and Bob (tech) was working on my unit before I even left the driveway. They quickly notified me of the problem and cost, and did an excellent job of getting me out the door and down the road. "I've gotten my parts here for years and never had a problem. Parts department has gone downhill, the last few times I've had to deal with a mental deficient women. She had no idea what she was doing and it took for ever to get the parts I needed ( oil and fuel filters for an ISB 6.7), I would think those are sold pretty regularly. I understand that companies need to employee a certine demographic and I have no problem with that, but this employee should be sweeping floors and taking out trash, she has no business dealing with customers."
