"My initial call was returned quickly and I was able to make an appt the next week. I met with Stacey, who was FANTASTIC!!! It’s rare that providers take the time to hear your full story, but it’s incredibly valuable when they can weave together all the parts of your health history. Her demeanor is calm and inquisitive, and I quickly felt at ease. She told me what to expect during the exam and was cautious around potential areas of pain. She was spot-on in her conclusions and gave me suggestions for things to ask my OB about. The day after my appt, I sent her a few messages through the online portal, which she promptly responded to. Not only is she an expert in pelvic floor issues, but she’s also a compassionate professional who treats her patients with respect and amazing customer service. I would 100% recommend my closest friends and family to her!! They also offer two different options for payment: one that is submitted to insurance and one that isn’t. I really appreciate this flexibility!"
