"Just came with 4 friends for a colonic cleaning and couldn’t be more pleased with the location and the friendly attentive worker. He answered all questions and was very patient with me and my friends as it was our first time getting this done I highly recommend this location it’s very clean and the location has parking. We will be returning again and are considering other services they offer as well."

"If I could give this less than one star I would. I wish I had checked the reviews here prior to purchasing the Groupon then I could have saved myself the headache. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As others have said, the owner is disgusting. I am glad to know that I wasn’t alone in this feeling. I attributed it to my skin color. I wondered if I looked like the people that worked for him would I have received better service. But now I see that he is just a horrible person. Buyer beware!!! Please choose another facility and you will thank me for it. See his response below as a perfect example of how asinine this man is. I was 17 mins late and I never raised my voice not once. So he saw my blackness and attributed it to being “late ghetto & black”. I explained my emergency to him, and he responded “I don’t care!” I asked what have I done to cause him to respond like this and he said I was being pushy. Please do not proceed with wasting your money on someone who does not appreciate the business of their customers. I called the number provided by Groupon for two days straight. This is also the same number on google. Never an answer not a call back, as per the voicemail’s instructions. It wasn’t until I found another number on the website that I was actually able to speak to someone, and when I explained the number was wrong he said “ok”. That’s it. “Ok”. But please provide the people of google with the video of me yelling. I’ll wait... (so sad)."

"I’ve been a client of theirs since 2010. I have had a few services here. I have always had a very high success rate with these guys! I moved up state a few years ago I’m almost two hours away and I still come back because it’s so worth the drive. There is nowhere else I would rather go then here. Keep up the great work Jim!!!"

"Very unprofessional if you happen to come here with Groupon. They knew my Groupon was expiring 2 days prior to my appointment but did not bother to let me know that they wouldn't honor the Groupon and I have to pay more. That's how you loose clients. The situation was handled badly and the costumer service was very poor.Very disappointing.If I could I would give them no stars at all."
