"Having been living here for the past 3 years, I have to say I love it so much! The building is super clean and quiet. The amenities are also well-maintained. Every time I need help for fixing something in my apt, the maintenance team responds really fast, even on holidays. I have some friends and colleagues living in the same building (two of them even got married here!), and I have never heard a bad word about this place. We always appreciate living here and enjoying what it has to offer. The concierge team is simply wonderful -- esp. Elizabeth Cruz who's always friendly and helpful! I'm glad to call this place my home (and the only) in Hoboken :)"

"This luxury apartment covers all the amenities and has surprisingly reasonable pricing for their units. We've looked at similar places in the area and all of them were more expensive. This place has the typical things like BBQ grill, pool, lounge, gym, and bike locker. They also have a shuttle to the path for easy commuting to NYC. It's on the quieter side of Hoboken and inside feels quiet even though there are over 400 units."
