She earned her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a rigorous 3-year surgical residency at University Hospital – UMDNJ in Newark, NJ, a Level I Trauma Center. Here, she honed her skills in foot and ankle trauma and reconstruction, pediatric pathologies, and diabetic limb salvage, serving as Chief Resident in her final year.
