We also offer innovative virtual services such as one-on-one training, performance nutrition, and ergonomic assessments, along with direct access physical therapy and hand therapy. Our physical and occupational therapists are skilled in addressing injuries and pain in the hand, wrist, elbow, low back, neck, and sports injuries, using advanced techniques like 2D video analysis for running assessments. You can access our therapists directly without a physician's prescription.

Our imaging technologies are unparalleled, ensuring precise diagnostics and effective treatment plans. Whether you're dealing with a first-time injury or a chronic condition, our expert physicians and surgeons employ the most advanced techniques, offering both noninvasive and minimally invasive treatment options.

For those preparing for surgery, our Presurgical Department will guide you through the necessary steps, ensuring a smooth and safe procedure. Please remember to bring official identification, such as a driver's license or passport, to your appointment. It's important to maintain your usual eating and drinking habits on the day of your visit.

Please note, due to ongoing road construction in front of our building, access by car will be limited for at least three weeks. We recommend using East Ridgewood Avenue to enter our parking area. If traveling from the east, continue on East Ridgewood Avenue and make a legal U-turn at the Lord & Taylor parking lot via a left turn at the fourth light. Designated HSS parking spaces are available for your convenience.

"Physical Therapy: I had a really great experience with physical therapy with Erica! She was super friendly and helpful. I was being seen post-op for foot and ankle surgery. The front desk associates are always friendly and helpful. It's a little inconvenient to schedule appointments by calling every week. Overall positive experience."

"Physical Therapy level of care is great and the PT's are great. The biggest disappointment is the hoops you have to jump through to schedule appointments. They only ever schedule appointments two weeks in advanced and you have to call each week starting Monday to schedule the newly opened week, and only by phone. The time slots get reserved almost immediately so you have to be on the ball with calling each week, which is really annoying and not realistic for busy people. This makes it nearly impossible to have a consistent schedule for your treatment (like if you wanted to come every Tuesday at 6pm) and is just a really inefficient way to handle scheduling. It's a shame because the treatment regiments and PTs are very good, but for every ounce of pain they help you get rid of, the scheduling process inflicts double!"
