"I didn't get to thank Dr. Saoud as he was with patients. It really meant a lot to me the way they cared for me today. I get scared at Doctors offices, and this was very special how they treated me. I even got to rest a long time after, in the dentist chair and drank tea. And, they played classical piano music which really helped a lot. I don't really know how to properly say thanks. "For a number of days I was suffering with a worsening and painful molar, reaching a crescendo one night at 2am when I decided to ultimately do something about it. I searched Google for area dentists and came upon the Paramus office of Dental Health 360. I emailed them and to my surprise a few hours later they responded and quickly gave me an emergency appointment that very morning, a Saturday. The dentist was quite professional and amiable and assured me she would do what was needed to relieve the pain. And that she did, removing a large cavity and applying a temporary filling. All of the pain was gone! I've since returned for follow up care and with similar positive results. They were there in a time of urgent need and resolved my issue. I recommend this office without reservation. The staff I met were all friendly, professional and quite helpful. Everything was explained clearly with respect to insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses. A truly positive experience!"
