"I’m not one to share a review but after my experience, it was necessary, and I will not be returning. First, my appointment was at 3 o’clock which I had to leave work early for and make arrangements for. I do have patience as I work with children everyday. I waited until 4:10 before even being called to the room. Then I waited 10 more minutes before going to the receptionist. She checked with the doctor and I was told 15 more minutes. At that point I left and requested my copay back, but will NOT be returning. If a patient showed up to an appt an hour and a half later, would the doctor take them? No. The patient’s time is equally as important as the doctor’s."

"If i could give this office ten stars i would. I had to choose a new PCP because my family doctor decided to change their practice to a different style that would not have been affordable. Number 1 reception staff top notch. Made me felt like I belonged there. Very warm and caring. Then i had my appointment with NP Renee Rojas. Never before has any provider ever taken the kind of care she has in my health. It was like I was not leaving till she was sure all basis was covered. I am grateful for finding this practice and am happy my original PCP did what they did so I could come here."

"Tried to set up an account to be able to go here for my medical needs. Person was hard deal with even after giving them my number twice and telling them that that was my number. They were frustrated with me and could not help me. I would not spend any more time with them. I guess they must have enough patience and money."
