"I always have a great experience at the STAT Imaging, Riverwinds location. I have tried other locations and the service was never very great. At STAT Riverwinds my appointments are booked quickly and I am in and out of my tests quickly. The customer service is great - from the office (Shoutout to Andrea who always goes above and beyond!) to techs to doctors - everyone is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable."

"I recommended this place to my boyfriend because I went here years ago and my experience was good. Well my how things have changed. He scheduled an MRI and went in for his appointment. The only person who could inject him with dye left for lunch and so he had to go back later. What an inconvenience because he was going to work the second half of the day and that made him not be able to, however, that wasn’t the worst part. I went to his ENT appointment with him for the results and the doctor said the MRI images were too blurry to read. Even if he had moved, it’s your job to make sure it gets done right. Needless to say, we’re back at square one. Maybe your workers don’t care, but patients come because they have something going on; although it may not be problematic to you, we are extremely worried about what’s going on with him and have to go get another MRI somewhere else. Steer clear of this place."

"I normally don't post comments/reviews on businesses but I had to create this account so I could let you know not to do business here. If you're reading this for advice, go somewhere else. The woman in the billing department at the Riverwinds locations needs customer service training. She was not only rude, she was abrupt, kept talking over me, shouting at me, to the point I had to hang up on her. I could tell she was working from home because if she was working at the office, her tone in her voice would be different. This woman needs to be supervised at all times. And from reading other reviews on different sites, I'm not the only one complaining about the billing department. It seems that they have a reputation of being rude when it comes to customers trying to resolve billing disputes. Overall I give it one star. You couldn't pay me to do business with this company."

"The xray and cat scan technicians are very friendly and professional. The women behind the counter, not so much. I tried to schedule an MRI when I came in for appointment. She told me to come back to the counter after my xray (there was nobody else at the counter). I returned to the counter after the xray and once again she sent me away as if she was too busy to help me. I didn't come back and scheduled with NJ Imagining network."

"I tried five times to get my MRI of my shoulder and couldn’t do it because of my anxiety! Today was the day I was able to do it! Took some medication and everyone there was so kind and understanding! I can’t tell you how much their kindness meant to me. I especially want to thank Ed. He helped me get through it and kept telling me how well I was doing. Thank you all so much!!!"
