"This place totally sucks! They changed my appointment from 11:05 to 10:50, the day before the appointment via a text message - did not say anything about changing the appointment time to 15 minutes earlier. They did not ask me the confirm the revised time either. When I arrived at the facility at 11:05, they insisted that I arrived too late, and can not see me, instead, they gave me a new appointment one week later. This place is so unprofessional! If they change the appointment time, they should at least call me to let me know! I am not happy with their staff!"
