"They been cutting trees in this area non-stop to build more apartment complex making this area claustrophobic and look more like a city then a suburb and there is no one to stop them. This tree stump in the picture which was cut down must be at-least 250+ years old. Brings tears to my eyes..."

Buildings are terribly old Tons of Squirrel problem in apartment roof and walls Workers who speak no type of English Dog fees that are extremely out the roof Only 1 worker who does everything Say will show up but will take several days to fix problem been here for 8 years and neighbors got new stove, shower, Etc then we did Be aware of Making up their OWN rules"

"Management is horrible. They’ll act nice to get you to sign the lease but once you’re in, they’ll start making up rules. Every week, they would post notices on my door threatening me with legal action and eviction because I supposedly had too many plants on my balcony. Really?!? Lol"

"I lived in this complex for 4 years. I'm so happy that I don't live there anymore. Too much red flags/bad experience with this complex. 1) Buildings are not smoke-free. Fire alarm was not sensitive enough to pick up cigarette smoke and our downstair neighbors were smoking 24/7 in their apartment. 2) Buildings are very old. The smoke was diffusing to our apartment pretty much like a first-hand smoke and my then 4yo daughter developed asthma because of that smoke. I will NEVER forgive them. 3) Maintenance was hit or miss. On the days they work, they get things done. But the onsite maintenance was only rarely working (no one picking up calls, no one in the office, etc). 4) The management stole our deposit. We left our apartment in a condition almost better than we found. They charged us for entire carpet replacement ($850) not to give our deposit back. We are taking them to the small claim court. Before leaving the apartment, do what we did: take dated pictures of the apartment's condition with a witness. Walk entire property with a witness and get a signed dated statement about the apartments condition from the witness. If they do the same to you, you can take to the small claims court with this evidence, then they have to pay you twice plus the interest. No one is stealing my hard-earned money."

"Any time maintenance is called they say they would come and never do. There are so many problems and hazards in my family’s apartment. We’ve called way too many times and yet nothing, until someone gets hurt they’ll respond."
