"After a 14 hour drive, I was looking forward to getting to bed. Unfortunately all of their systems were down, and the associate working at the front desk was clearly not trained to handle this scenario. The queue for assistance spanned approximately 25 minutes before receiving room keys, only to find they were non-functional. A situation shared by numerous other guests. Consequently, a return to the lobby ensued, resulting in an additional wait exceeding an hour. Despite the commendable efforts of the associate under duress, it became evident that deficiencies in training and preparedness, seemingly on Marriott's part, contributed to this inconvenience."

"Typical Courtyard but with an open pool (11/23). Many locations, in my experience, have had closed pools since 2020, so its good to see things finally opening up. Decent sized, heated indoor pool with plenty of seating."

"My fiance and I checked into this hotel on Sunday at 4am. We were told by the employee at the front desk that we wouldn't have to check out until Monday and charged the rate for one night. Sunday afternoon the front desk calls us and tells us that we have to check out or pay and early check in fee. That was not what we were told when we checked in. They told us that the employee at the front desk made a mistake. But we should not be expected to pay for their mistake. In addition to that the shower did not turn on. It doesn't work. And the sink had slow drainage. I stay at Marriot Hotels all the time and I've never been treated this way. It's not ok."

"I had an excellent experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Cranbury South Brunswick. The staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant, leaving a lasting impression. It was my first visit to America and specifically to this hotel. I want to highlight Beverly Jefferson, an exceptional individual who treated us Lithuanians like family. She provided care, gave us valuable recommendations on places to visit and things to do, making our stay memorable. The kitchen was fantastic as well – I enjoyed every dish, especially the delicious "meatballs." The hotel truly has skilled professionals."
