"I would give them zero if I could. You will never be able to speak to your doctor over the phone. They don’t return your calls. Very impersonal, and Dr. Shin prescribed the wrong medication yesterday and as we speak, I have yet to get a call back. I’m living in pain and even the admins get abrupt when you complain about their call center setup. This is unacceptable and totally disgusting for doctors that should care about patients. I won’t be returning."

"Reception was nice, and accommodating for a walk-in. However the doctor didn’t even see me, just the physician assistant was sent to tell me I had to “wait & see”. I was given medicine to take for pain, however they didn’t write a script for an MRI even though it was clear that I tore something. Lesson learned, better to wait for an appointment with my regular orthopedist than pay extra to see some urgent care person who doesn’t really care about walk-in patients."

"Dr. Bassett repaired our 14 y.o. son’s torn meniscus in his knee this summer. She is awesome! She is very knowledgeable about the latest cutting edge therapies and set our son up for success from day one. Dr. Bassett is an excellent surgeon, very clear when explaining options, and is incredibly invested throughout the entire recovery process. Dr. Bassett was always available to answer all of our questions after our son’s surgery as they arose. It’s been 7 months and our son is back playing baseball, skiing, and working out like nothing happened. We are eternally grateful we found Dr. Bassett!!!"
