"Me and my wife came here to get our usual bowls the service was horrible and the staff was rude. Also, she didn’t receive points for her order and she didn’t ask if my wife wanted to use her coupon she was just rushing trying to get the transaction done because she was in the back doing nothing. They also gave her a hard time over almonds that she asked for in her bowl and even though they didn’t put any in her bowl they still had us pay for a side of almonds. The Elizabeth location is much better and we won’t be returning."

"This place is amazing! Me and my family have been coming here for years when we need a little refreshing meal that fulfills our salty and sweet cravings!! When we order in store it is usually not a long wait but there is normally quite a bit of people because this place is absolutely delicious!! I always like to get the Nutella bowl but they have so many great other options with really cool and creative names! and are so great with making accommodations for your bowl! The store it's self is so cool, with the seating and the decor and the walls as well as the menu! The workers are so kind and friendly! I would most definitely recommend this place!! @playabowls"

"I ordered two Nutella bowls from this location on April 15 at 8pm. (So to the manager, if you’re reading this, you know who your employees are for that shift) I had no coconut flakes, all granola, and barely any açaí in one bowl. The 2nd bowl, I requested extra strawberries, and there were only a handful. If I’m paying a total of $27.00 I expect there to be good quality bowls. I am very saddened I only found out what my bowls looked like, after I got home. Anyone who goes to this place, make sure you take the extra step to check your bowls before you leave because the staff here clearly doesn’t know what a proper bowl looks like."

"Every Sunday that I order playa bowl from this location through DoorDash - under Dianne. (Check ur receipts) I even called the store to make sure they don’t messed up the order. My orders are incorrect. The portion is small, highly disappointed and upset. I be ordering any more orders from you guys. You guys need to reevaluate the workers that work there and send them back to school/college because they cannot read. Apparently they cannot follow simply instructions and I’m sure they have a picture in front of them of what each bowl should look like… so management I hope you see this review and the workers that you have working on your late evening shift on Sundays at this location send them back to school because they cannot read! Or get better qualified people."
