Urban Burger

"burger was good just wet.. fries was dry and burnt service was the worst. got text saying it’s ready and person in front said no yours is not ready.. i was like then why do i get a text? additionally i book order in at 6 for pickup at 7:30.. yoy would think they plan it so that it’s ready with 1.5hrs “heads up”.. had to wait and finally had to put my feet down and said “look my order is suppose to be ready by 7:30… it’s 7:55 is it done?” …… she went to kitchen and pack them for me and pretty much hand it to me.. no sorry for the wait no sorry or anything.. the experience is overpowering the taste of the burger itself and sadly i won’t be coming back.. especially if service still same.."

"Stopped in for lunch today, first time here. Ordered da classic (fried chicken sandwich) and onion rings, just shy of $15. Small place with friendly staff, 11 table and 3 high tops. After bringing me my meal I was asked if I needed or wanted anything else. The sandwich was super juicy, had a kick to it for sure, lightly breaded with a good crunch, potato bun, a bit oversauced. Onion rings were heavy, thick cut and thick in nature, maybe needed another 30 seconds in the fryer, served with blue cheese dressing, different. Food is cooked within 10 minutes of ordering."

"So let me start with the service. The service here is amazing and one of the best around. The staff was attentive and even came around to ask if I wanted a refill of my boylan soda. The food here was mixed however. I went with my family and we got a bunch of stuff from taters to the great hefer burger. The taters were good but the sauce could had been on the side since they got a tad soggy, but the flavor was good. The hefer was an onion lovers dream. The fried pickles those were sadly disappointing. The only other thing I'll note is that the burger were a tad dry so I would ask them to cook them a little under next time."

"I’m leaving 4 stars even though I didn’t like the food, because this place has potential. I took the Brie Burger and patties lacked salt & pepper (this is the seasoning & flavor that everyone is talking about). I wasn’t a fan of the sweet fig, something less sweet like extra caramelized onions would make it way better (maybe like a Father’s Office Burger copycat). It needed another sauce, like ketchup or mayo, it tasted dry. I will only give this place one more try and I will ask for extra salt and pepper on the patties, get a different burger, and will update my review. There was also an older lady who wanted to order, but they said they don’t have menus, only the QR code. I’m 22 but I hate the QR codes too b/c it’s hard to read on a tiny screen and decide. I also don’t have the best service. It’s nice to have a menu for the non-techy people, even if it’s paper."
