"It is a good living place with a perfect location. However, the staff of this building is unhelpful and impatient. The cleaner took away my container and tried to own it twice times. Now I have to use my hands to take my clothes back to my room. Really bad experience."

"The building is fine. The doorman Dave is the most horrible person I have ever seen. Having lived at Aquablu and other buildings in Newport, I can't understand how they can have such people that have no ounce of humanity in them and don't know how to deal with people. Had an emergency and he was horribly insensitive."

"I like the location, my apartment unit, and have never had any issues with the doormen. The biggest issue for me is the loud noises from the garbage truck. My apartment window faces the garbage collection area and the garbage truck seems to come multiple days each week between Monday-Saturday. I heard this sound can still be heard even on the 10th floor. It's usually between 6am-8am and there is a loud bang when the truck lifts and drops the garbage container. This is something to be aware of if you are sensitive to sudden noises. I was able to overcome this issue by using earplugs and a vibrating alarm."

"Not a good choice if you work from home. Since they have so many buildings and so many apartments, there are always somewhere under construction or renovation, very loud and noise. Only good thing is the location, then nothing else. There are two doormen are very friendly, but others like you are owing them money. They will yell at you if you move even one piece of furniture without scheduling ahead. Even though scheduled ahead, the access will not guarantee. The leasing team is poorly managed, since one person will tell you one thing, another will tell you something else. Even the same person will give you completely different answers."

"Monthly electricity easily goes up to $600. They also charge you $500 from security deposit even after you hired people to clean the apartment. Management is very irresponsible and unfriendly. On average you end up paying more living here, compared to the nice and newer buildings around."
