"I purchased a groupon (One Women's Haircut with Style) before the pandemic and was so happy to redeem once Vell Garnet was able to open. I moved to NJ recently and didn't have a salon anymore. I'm very happy to say I do now! The groupon was very clear as far as what was included. I knew I would be charged an additional $15 for the length of my hair. I appreciate Vell Garnet being up front with their pricing. I felt comfortable with the covid protocols (temperature check, sanitizer, masks). Lorena was great! She gave me a wonderful haircut and blowout. My hair felt light and silky. I suggest trying this salon for yourself and looking on groupon for the best deals possible!"

"My long time go to salon sadly closed it's doors recently - while searching for a new salon I discovered Vell Garnet on accident . While not a big deal to some , I have had my hair DESTROYED by inexperienced people in the past so I was really concerned what to expect . The salon is small and somewhat hidden if your not looking for it , However the service I received I can not say enough about . The salon is a cute 3 seater so there is never over crowding and you are always the focus of attention :) Lorena and her husband are amazing people , great conversation , personable , friendly but most of all EXPERIENCED !! When I left I couldn't get over how amazing my hair looked , I NEVER allow anyone to cut my hair first visit - Lorena not only designed a beautiful color but the perfect cut . This salon truly is a diamond in the rough , please if you are looking for a new salon check them out - I promise they will exceed your expectations !"
