The tech had no clue how to do any Christmas nail art even though when I made appt I asked for someone experienced There were bubbles on my nails and she kept wiping the nail art off and getting annoyed at me Two people later and it was done but not what I asked for. Manager tells me no charge for art. really!? Should have been free. Should be 0 stars."
"I initially walked in just to get my nails soaked off. Grace took me to her station and offered me coffee. I told her I didn’t want anything on my nails, they needed a break from tips. she began to tell me about the UV full set and how natural it is. So I tried it and I absolutely love it! Thanks for the recommendation Grace! I love my nails."
"April did an amazing job on my nails. She did a full set of UV gels for me. I love the way they look and the way she shaped my nails. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely come back again to have April do my nails."
"Horrible management. The nails techs are nice but the management and assistance when you need help is horrible. I’ve been going to them for awhile. I got my nails done about 2 weeks ago for a wedding in London and the rhinestones started falling off when I was there. My nails looked horrible. When I asked then that I wanted a polish change, I was given a hard and told that I would have to send pictures to a special email address. I work as a lawyer and quite honestly don’t have time for this. Please don’t go here, it’s really not worth your time or energy."
