"This place for the last few times has tend to mess up my order no matter if you do a kiosk drive-thru or the mobile app I don't get the point of the customization if they don't do anything with it and I have received a phone call saying they were going to do something and they never did I called a few times and still haven't heard anything back"

"Understaffed and the manager dismissive of customers, her name is Erica according to a staff member whom I had to request several times to give me the name for that woman. We told her we were waiting for our meal for over 30 minutes. It wasn't a big order, just 7 things. 2 Mcchicken,3 fries, 20pc nuggets and 1 soda. They can't even produce this. Orders are taking in general too long for a few items for everyone. Erica is the worst staff member there, I highly doubt that's her actual name because the staff there were very reluctant to provide her name."

"If you’re not going to be respectful and kind to your customers that actually contribute to your paycheck, you shouldn’t be working in this industry. From the moment you stepped in, you were on the phone talking on your ear piece. I wouldn’t allow a person at the register make faces and respond with an “mhmmm” after being told thank you with a smile after receiving an order. Go work somewhere else with that kind of energy, you don’t have the personality and work attitude to work in food hospitality. McDonalds you can find better, and find a person that be happy to do her job with a smile. Aside from that, thank you kitchen staff for making my order, my breakfast was delicious."

"Very rude and aggressive employees Please communicate to your employees about people with special needs. My autistic son ordered through the app and went inside the restaurant to pick up his order. He wanted to go on his own. I receive a call from my son asking me to go inside as the person on the register is talking too fast. I go inside and see that this employee has taken an aggressive like stance yelling at my son if he ordered through the drive thru why was he inside. Now, I witnessed this, someone else brings his order out, hands it to this mean person and she aggressively hands it over. By this time I am asking for the manager because I am furious. This is unacceptable. Please educate your employees about tolerance for populations with special needs."

"Where do I start with this particular McDonald’s? I guess I’ll start with the staff. Last time I was there I asked for ice cream and they said the machine is broken ( it’s always broken) and laughed in my face. There fries are often stale and it looks rotten. I don’t feel like it’s even safe for people to eat here. The bread is always cold for the burgers and sandwiches and it seems like they heat it up in the morning and have it pre-bagged because it’s never warm.
