"This dominoes is horrible! Took 1hr and 20min for my order and it was cold and dry. Never again!"

"I ordered my food and the tracker informed me that the driver left the store with my food at 2:29pm. The driver didn't get to me until 3:51 pm. THE FOOD WAS COLD!! i had paid $54 and change with credit card so i felt stuck and on top of it all, the store employees kept leaving me on hold and disconnecting the call after 15 mins of being on hold time. Shame on 335 Valley St!! Shame on management!! Driver said he was the only one on schedule"

"Horrible experience! I placed an order 30 minutes prior to picking it up. I head to the store, there’s only 2 people working at a very slow pace. The phone was ringing off the hook and the workers were doing everything but being attentive to the customers in the store. I had to interject and tell the worker that my order was ready 3 times before he finally took heed and proceed to package it up. They have no respect for peoples time here. I don’t be returning."

"Pizza is consistently good. Tastes best when u go and pick up yourself, cause it will be hot. They do delivery, but it takes a while for them to get here. I prefer picking myself. Definitely better than other pizza chains. Love their Brooklyn style, thin crust and handmade pan. The quality and consistency hasn't changed over the years. They need to cut the pieces properly though! Recent menu changes are welcome and are good. Value for money compared to Pizza hut and Papa Johns for sure."

"I'm rating this spot a 3.8, not quite a 4. After all the awful reviews about undercooked pizza and slow delivery, I literally prayed before heading there. I wanted to see the store and people first before placing my order. It was clean and staff were in working order. Regarding the no gloves policy, pizza is not ready to eat. And seeing it will go into the oven, gloves aren't required. Yes, I researched it because germs are real..lol. My pizza took the usual 20 minutes from order to walk-out. As for the pizza, it was cooked through. Perhaps request it well-done? I ordered salami, pineapple and jalapeños. There is room for improvement, they could have added an adequate amount of sauce, if any suggestion. But decent first experience."
