Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I'm trying my best to give this place grace as this location is fairly new and hasn't been open long but higher management really needs to involve themselves to fix this place. Went there around 8:45PM to grab a usual bowl and they were out of nearly everything. No corn, no guacamole, no chips, no sour cream. Sour cream? Something that takes no prep time to put out? The staff is really missing the mark. When one of the employees was asked by a customer as he had came there to redeem his free guac coupon, her response was simply "we're about to close". I understand expectations shouldn't be high around closing time but an hour and 15 minutes before doors shut and half the add-ins are gone? I purposely stopped ordering online from this location because they are ALWAYS out of something. I refuse to pre-pay for an order online only to be told they cannot refund me for the items they ran out of when I get there. At times, the staff has even chosen to say nothing only for me to go home and be surprised by a meal missing things I ordered. This location is going to lose money and business FAST. My normal Chipotle order that would usually cost me $15.00 ran me $8.00 because the only offerings they had were meat, rice, and salsa. If they can't keep up with the demand, food prep, and cleanliness, consider shorter hours. Not to mention one of the workers had pulled a trash can directly besides the assembly line to wipe all of the fall out into the trash bin. How is this inline with food safety precautions? For now, I'll skip this location and take an extra 15 minute drive to the one in Mount Laurel."

"It's almost as though the employees purposely move slowly here? I've never seen anything like it. The food is fresh and delicious but the employees just stand around and look at the line. They have one person running the line at a time but other employees just aimlessly walking around and watching. So odd."

"Avoid this Chipotle at all costs very dirty place! Staff are dirty also. Very prejudice staff towards white people. Said high good evening to guy and he said just tell me what ya want I don't like you people so don't try to be nice. I was shocked!! Took some pictures and left at that point they are probably doing things to the food."

"I went here the first week it opened and the food was great and the portion size was exactly what I wanted. I came back after it's been open for a month and pretty much everything went downhill. There were only 2 people in front of me in line and it took forever because only one person was running the whole counter. I asked for double steak and only got one scoop of steak. The cheese was just a clump of solid cheese. The lettuce was ice cold. Just overall not great. Also when I went to get a fork and hot sauce, they had like 5 forks left and no green hot sauce. I feel like most Chipotle's are going downhill. I'm not coming back here."

"Great food! However I waited quite a long time for my food. I would recommend for Chipotle to hire more restaurant staff to keep up with the demand. It seemed a bit chaotic and staff seemed to be doing the best they could however it is apparent that more staff is needed for prepping, cooking, checking out patrons, and handling customer concerns. I will be back as I do enjoy Chipotle food."
