"I find that the doctor and his assistants are always pleasant and very caring. Unfortunately I can't say the same for any of the girls at the reception area. Not only are they extremely unfriendly, they make you feel like you're bothering them. When I finished my visit and went to make a follow up appointment the girl said "our computers are closed now...call tomorrow to schedule an appointment. " She finally made the appointment."
"Very long wait to get in; over an hour which is frustrating. I wouldn't go anywhere else though. Dr. Kolansky is quick and confident and I'm in and out once I get into the exam room."
