"Cant remember her name: I did not have a script. Didnt know NYU Doc office didnt send it in I went to a Facility outside of there program. The desk person helped me understand all this and offered several ways to get Rx without me not getting MRI and having to reschedule. It took me a while but she helped me and I found a different way. I had my MRI done even though Took me 45min after my appt time. The Tech was friendly and helpful and worked around my hearing loss. Both, workers were Outstanding.I am a private practice Dentist and I would be thrilled to have them work for me. Perfect. John J Tortora D.D.S."

"Easy to make an appointment. Excellent at keeping patients as close as possible to their appointment times. Clean and inviting. Welcoming, professional, and thorough staff. Easy to locate. Ample parking, though patients struggle to park in the lines.... Not sure why. Highly recommend this location."

"Service was excellent. Despite a crowded waiting room, my appontment time was honored with a five minute wait. The MRI technologist was friendy and very professional. My report was available on line in less than 24 hours. Wow!"

"Had Xray on a Thursday at 9:00am. It's now Tuesday at 4:00pm and X-ray still not read. Lab technician said X-ray would be read and the report would be available via portal in 24 hours. I've called multiple times and told there is a backlog. I can try and get my doctor to call and get it expedited. It's been 4 business days already. This is unacceptable. UPDATE: It's now Wednesday 5:00pm and still NO RESULTS on an Xray taken on Thursday 9am. I'm was told again today I need to have my doctor call. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to wait over a week for an Xray to be read."

"Will never go anywhere else for testing if I don't have to. University Radiology is amazing, the front office is friendly, not a long waiting time at all before you are seen. Efficiently run office. I was there for an MRI. I have never done well while having these tests. BUT, there is a first time for everything... I had my MRI just 2 days ago. The technician was amazing! I was very apprehensive. I booked the larger bore and shorter length machine. She asked if I wanted her to put me in the machine so I could see how it would be. I was prepared with my Xanax in my bag if I needed it. She gave me a sleep mask to wear so I would not be tempted to open my eyes (best thing ever}. Slowly she moved me into the machine. She asked how I was doing and happyily I said, "It's a Go"! I did not get sick after it was over; the first time ever! It was such a good experience and knowing I can now take myself for MRI appointments is the icing on the cake! My sister came all the way from NH to take me for this test which is only a 10 min. drive from my home. She's an Angel! Thank YOU University Radiology for the wonderful care you give and show to your patients!!!"
