"The office is a dump. Even with a GPS it is hard to find because there are no signs. Just a big office building. Several people in the adjoining buildings had no clue, only the post man. Unlike what they show on their commercials, they Only do varicose veins . What a waste of a morning."
"The treatment works great. Dr Gina and her staff in Tinton Falls NJ are also great. How ever, the call center and the people that answer the phones are really bad. They are not knowledgeable enough, thier English is really bad, and they like to hang up on you. But again, if you need this procedure done, I highly recommend it."
"I recently had an experience at US Vein Clinic in Orange, NJ, and I must express my deep concerns. My visit started with an examination of some minor swelling on my leg, but what followed left me with more questions than answers. Upon entering the examination room, I found myself with a technician who provided no clear explanations of the procedures he was performing or what he was checking for. Despite my repeated inquiries, I received vague and nonsensical responses. To add to the confusion, a young lady abruptly entered the room with an iPad, insisting on scheduling appointments for what she referred to as "treatments." I was taken aback, as I hadn't even consulted with a doctor yet, and I was still with the technician. My attempts to understand the nature of these "treatments" were met with persistence but no clarity from the young lady. Meanwhile, the technician used an excessive amount of gel on my upper thigh and leg, which left me feeling uncomfortable. It was only after persistent questioning that I finally had the opportunity to see a “Dr. Smith”. Dr. Smith's explanation of the proposed "treatment" left much to be desired. He failed to provide a comprehensive explanation of the procedure, its necessity, or the expected process. This lack of transparency raised red flags for me, prompting me to contact my insurance company to investigate the situation. Approximately two weeks later, I started receiving relentless robo-calls from a "732" number, reminding me to schedule the mysterious "treatment." When I reached out to the Orange office on 9-6-2023, I was astonished to hear the receptionist claim that they had no record of my previous visit, even though I had made a co-payment during my initial appointment. To my dismay, I discovered that an unauthorized withdrawal of $250 had been made from my bank account, utilizing the Visa card information I had provided for the $15 co-payment. My experience with Dr. Smith and US Vein Clinic has left me deeply concerned about the integrity of their practice. Dr. Smith's fast-talking approach and the aggressive push for these unspecified "treatments" raises significant ethical questions. I strongly recommend exercising caution and conducting thorough research before engaging with this medical office. It is evident that a thorough investigation into their practices is urgently needed."
"Do not go here. I went to the Tinton Falls office just resently. Two years ago I went to the Toms River office & that was great. The Tinton Falls office is under staffed, dirty, disorganized & the equipment is very inferior compared to what Toms River had. The Dr gave me the wrong instructions (only after I asked) as to what I was to do after my treatments. I was never told to bring support stockings & at the second treatment she yelled at the staff very unprofessionally, & was rude to me. At the Toms River office 2 years ago I was given a print out of what I would need & what I was to do for the injection appointment the visit before my treatments. I never received that at Tinton Falls. Toms River also gave me printer instructions sheet when I had treatments. Toms River also wrapped my treated leg & put a very tight wrap on my leg telling me to leave it on for a day & then put on support stockings. Tinton Falls did not do this, just a little bandaid & no verbal instructions. I asked the Dr in Tinton Falls what my restrictions were & she said none. At the next treatment she said I should have worn my support stocking but when I asked her the day of that treatment she said I didn't need them. It's a very badly run office. The other locations may be ok but I will not go again to any of them after the experience I had there."
"This place is absolutely horrific. I have been to the Shrewsbury this office 5 times, the first time they couldn’t see me because somebody didn’t show up second time I was able to get my preliminary ultrasound. They did a procedure on me on October 7 and it is now November 4 and I have still not had a follow up from that procedure They can’t seem to get the appointments correct I’ve sat there for over two hours now and not been seen."
