"I have been using this facility for years. It is further for me to travel for this type of appointment, but this uncomfortable process was made more comfortable at this facility in the past, and it's usually been in and out right away. It appears they can't get their act together lately. Had an appointment scheduled in November 2023, brought my script with me and arrived 10 minutes early hoping to get in and out. No one else was there when I arrived. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment and left.. they took everyone else that came in after me. They kept my script on file there. I told them I couldn't stay any longer and would reschedule. Told me they have my script on file for when I reschedule. I called to reschedule for January 2024.. Someone called me the day before my appointment to tell me to bring my script. I told them it was there on file, and the person from the breast center argued with me for about 10 minutes insisting it wasn't there...I told her to just cancel the appointment. Finally asked me to hold on and said 'yes, I have it. Not sure why that person told me to call you.' 30 minutes later she called back again and said the script is now old from 2023 (November), and they needed a new one, that I had to call the doctor to get one faxed over.. At this point, I just cancelled the appointment, will get a new script from my doc and will go to Princeton Radiology for future appointment."

"This place is wonderful. They moved quickly to get me an appt and scheduled my biopsy within a week, and all during a holiday. They took care of 3 appts (consultation, ultrasound, biospy) within a timeframe that other hospitals wanted me to wait just for a consultation. They were very professional and kind.
