"I echo the negative reviews mentioned on here regarding the unfriendly front staff. Despite making an appointment, I encountered difficulty obtaining my results unless I scheduled a televisit with the doctor, seemingly designed to collect an additional co-pay (the doctor will not call you with the results per the front staff). This seems very questionable to me. It's unfortunate you have no way of getting in contact with the doctor unless it's through a televisit. I found a new practice that allows me to speak with the doctor directly when needed without a co-pay (which wasn't hard to find since that is normal protocol)."

"The doctor himself is great but the office is horrendous. It's impossible to get an appointment, and when you do, there's always a problem. I had an appointment for Monday. They called me on Thursday and asked if i could move it to Tuesday, because the doctor "will no longer be in on Monday". So I move it to Tuesday, and an hour before my appointment, they call me to ask if I can move it to an hour later because the doctor is running late. I asked, "so now you have to move my appointment again after cancelling the Monday appointment because the doctor isn't going to be in?" And the receptionist said "He was in on Monday, so I'm not sure why it was cancelled". Sketchy, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Just an inconvenience to go here at this point."

"The doctor is very nice but his staff is horrendous. I spoke with the office manager “Ayat” who is not friendly, compassionate, or understanding. I know 4 other patients who go to this office and I am going to tell them to stop going. The doctor does not call back with test results and uses his portal as a way to upload results without calls or explanations for your own interpretation. Gynecologists should be some of the doctors that a person feels the most comfortable with. This is not this office. The doctor is very kind, but the staff is not. It should be a team and I refuse to be addressed and talked to with little care or respect. Ayat should not be office manager, she does not have the skills and will only cause people to regret this doctor. I am going to seek legal advice on what has happened to me."

"One of the front desk girl she was so mean she was one of the rudest person I’ve met … so let me tell u my sister is pregnant she called to schedule an appointment but all she kept doing was like no i will not help you .. we will not schedule an appointment for u … we will not accept u as a patient and the fact that she knows my sister is pregnant like she’s already stressed enough don’t stress her even more and the fact she was giving US an attitude like what?? How are u even working with this attitude? Anyways we asked if we can speak to the manager and she was like am the manager and the next time we called she was like she’s not here like attitude with lying problem she should be fired instantly"

"My first appointment went very well. I didn’t have to wait. Staff was very organized .Dr Mohammad was very thorough and attentive. He answered all my concern and make me feel comfortable. I am so glad to find him."
