"I would give this place zero stars if I could. I called to make an appointment for a routine checkup as a new patient and she said new patients have a 2 month waiting period. So I asked if there are appointments available now for returning clients and she said yes because they are established patients. She then stated that anywhere I call will have a 2 month waiting period. I said normally a waiting period is because the appointment book is filled not because you are reserving appointments for returning established clients. Make that make sense!!! FOH"

"Great at taking appointments, not so great at keeping them. I made my very first ever appointment for 8am. I got to the location at 7:45am, reception opened late at 8:05am. I filled out all my paperwork and was sitting on the doctor's table (in gown) waiting at 8:15am. The receptionist comes in at 8:38am to notify me that the doctor will be 20 minutes late. I was asked if i wanted to reschedule, so i said yes. Catch was that they were booked for the entire month so now, I was going to be late for work, no doctor to see me and to top it off no appointment until next month. Not a good first impression for a new client. I won't be coming back."

"The office was very clean, the girls who work there are nice, i liked the doctor. However i would never return. They send you to do ultrasounds and blood work, but no one ever answers. I brought it up to their attention, and i was told they notified the ultrasound office, but still never received a call. I just found them unreliable and careless."
