"We celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday party and they made it perfect. We were totally unprepared as we had a personal emergency before the party date and the staff and management went over and beyond to help set up and get everything ready. We had a big group and some friends joined 15-25 min later and they helped manage the delay and handled it really well. Special shout out to the Aleksey and Michelle for being amazing hosts. Strongly recommend"
