"For 20 years I have been going to Market Basket, Wyckoff. No more, the last three times I've called ahead to pick up my order they have always forgotten to make it. I order a Chicken Pesto Panini when I arrive, and they give me a turkey panini. The Italian hero I requested with balsamic vinegar, I don't know what they put on it, but it's not balsamic and definitely not vinegar. The Rueben, I request with pastrami and extra thousand island dressing, I get corned beef and mustard. I don't know what is going on with them, but they haven't gotten anything right the last 10 times I've gone or ordered something on the phone. Stop resting on your laurels Market Basket, it takes a long time to get a customer and only one bad experience to lose them. I've had 10 bad experiences, and no more."
