Spelman Hall, located in Princeton, New Jersey, is a unique institution offering apartment-style accommodations for upperclass students. The hall consists of eight separate structures situated on a diagonal pathway between University Place and Pyne Drive, just opposite Dillon Gymnasium. Each apartment includes four single rooms, a kitchen, a living area, a balcony, and a bathroom. Most residents of Spelman are Independent students who do not participate in eating clubs or co-ops, with a limited number of apartments available for married students. Students have the flexibility to arrange furniture in their rooms as they please, but all furniture must remain in the room for the year.
