"Its gotten to the point that I hate shopping at this Home Depot and im done, the guy who cut my chain was rude, didnt greet me or even smile, he says, "what do you want", then I asked him if he could tell me where something was, and he replies with it might be over there on the right go look, he was the rudest employee I have ever dealt with, then the people at the registers were equally as rude. Everyone looks and acts like they are miserable here. This store needs corporate intervention as the managers have given up and let the employees treat customers badly."

"When I asked about lamp oil, for a hurricane lamps, (IT is hurricane season on the Jersey shore) I was looked at like I had 3 heads. Only thing available was tiki torch oil, okay was given good advise-don't use that..... It's not 1930....I know, but things were probably better back then.IMO. Thank God for ace....they had it.and wicks as well."

"Just let me start by saying that the staff at this location is great, that being said this review is for the manager and Home Depot in General. Last Saturday (9/24/2022) I went to this location to get a plywood panel which I loaded on the cart and headed to the back to get it cut but the saw was out of order. That was a bummer but then it occurred to me that they had this panel already cut the way I needed it so I asked the employee if they could sell me the pre-cut panels at the price of the whole. He very politely and attentively said he would ask the manager. Five minutes later he came back to let me know she couldn't sell me the panels and recommended I drove to the nearest HomeDepot in Lakewood and get it there. So much for customer service here! Whos to blame here the manager or HomeDepot for selling one quarter of a panel at the price of half a panel? I don't know but I'm going to continue to follow her advise and shop somewhere else."
