"I can't imagine the staff treating customers so harshly. Today, two people standing in front of the counter robbed me of my Costco membership card. I asked why? These guys are very aggressive and say your card has expired. and had my membership card confiscated. The man loudly said: (my property) you can't speak loudly here. OMG I can only give up, I can only say that this Costco doesn't need customers"

"Spent an hour signing up for AT&T there, my dad had to leave after, so I tried checking out with his membership for him. Guy practically barked at me to leave. I understand if you have to be OCD about policy, but relax yourself young man. Edit: y'all should be strict about letting people in, not about letting people check out. I had my wife's card a different time in Arizona, so they didn't want to let me in. No big deal. I get it. I added myself to the account and all went well. Don't let me shop for all that time, then lose the sale and make your employees put everything back. Stupid policy. I didn't renew my membership, too much heartburn."

"I love shopping at Costco. Everything is always good. Very clean, friendly. Rotisserie chicken is amazing..I buy all my meat from here. Very good prices. The parking lot is kind of a death trap..lol Be careful walking you may get run over. But inside the store is great"

"I usually go to Costco one time every week or two... it's really good, but it's loaded with so many people on Saturdays. I don't find it inconvenient to park a bit too far from Costco, but I can't really do anything about it... many products for less, it's honestly really good for my wallet! Many pastries sold there are freshly made, just like at BJs... but the difference between BJs and Costco is that Bjs is less crowded than the one ... Honestly, I like shopping at both..."
