"I should have trusted my gut, but I gave this place the benefit of the doubt. Decided to try it out. The massage was okay, it helped loosen some knots and what not, okay fine. But afterwards, she wasn’t very professional. She demanded a $20 tip, meanwhile 20% of a $60 one hour massage is $12; I was going to give her $12. She tried to take $20, but ended up taking $15. Not even a “thank you, have a good day” - nothing. I didn’t feel like arguing with her, so I just walked out and left. I really should have given her no tip, just for her rude attitude towards me. Customer service is a big deal to me, so that completely turned me off. That was extremely rude of her, and she will lose business if she continues to do this to everyone else."
