"Today is the last day I go to her, I have always put up with her not very pleasant attitude, she is very apathetic, she does the eyebrows very well but she lacks empathy when treating clients, today I went and a new lady served me without taking care the politeness of explaining to her how she makes them for me... the lady made them very bad for me, I didn't say anything, but I'm not coming back. I don't know if she is the owner, but she lacks a lot of education."

"I heard a lot about this place so decided to try it out! We all need a little self care, this place was excellent with their overall professionalism and knowledge of beauty products. My beautician Puja Sahni was amazing! I had an event and wanted something clean, elegant yet minimal to go with my outfit. I kid you not; my makeup was flawless, didn't get patchy, or anything moreover my hair stayed in place! My legs haven't felt this smooth in the longest, she did a great job waxing. I loved how caring and gently her service was, I'm definitely making more regular visits to Pooja Threading for my "ME" time with Puja Sahni"

"I used a Groupon for a Brazilian wax. The woman that serviced me used the same stick in the same wax jar for my whole service. It was only towards the end of the service did I see her physically put the same stick back in the jar which immediately freaked me out. I asked her why is she using the same stick and she said she uses a different jar for each client which is a lie. There was no disposable jar of wax she used on me. She uses a GiGi wax system that I see in multiple salons where they use a different stick every time they dip into the wax. I asked her to show me the jars and she wouldn’t. This is unsanitary and illegal. I reported her to Groupon and will also be notifying the state board. Totally disgusting practices."

"HORRIBLE. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before coming. I cannot believe how terrible my eyebrows look. I grew my eyebrows fully to get them done and the lady threaded them straight across. No shape, no arch, nothing. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I am literally in tears at how ugly I look. I’m going to post a picture of their work compared to when I get my eyebrows waxed. And when I explained to the lady how unsatisfied I was she basically blamed the shape of my eyebrows even though I showed her pictures of how perfect my eyebrows have been when I went to other places."
