"I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for more than 5 years he delivered my now 2 years old son and today I have to say that I will never be going back again. Those secretaries or whatever their positions are will let him lose business. I made an appointment on Zocdocand I was calling to confirm they told me that I can’t come in today because it’s not confirmed yet but that’s what I was calling for. It was the delivery of the message you can’t have people like that working in your office they will drive your patients away. They need to learn to be professional Ps. Why have availability on a platform but can’t accept patients…"

"Dr. Patel is absolutely amazing!! This is my second time going to him & his mannerisms remain the exact same. His bedside manners are one of a kind & he always has someone in the room with him during his services. The office is absolutely beautiful & spotless. Very personalized to him as well. The ladies that work there are sweethearts & are always willing to help & answer questions about the schedule. Making an appointment is not difficult although it should be noted that his locations have different days of the week & times of availability. He’s found a life long patient in me. Thank you Dr. Patel for your honesty, knowledge, & gentleness."

"I never leave reviews, ever. But my awful experience has led me to want to warn others. I’m a single mom and my OBGYN’s office should not be the primary source of stress and frustration during my pregnancy. Dr.Patel himself is fine. If you want anything at all done, you can be sure they won’t care about you or your well-being. They lost my lab work, so I did my glucose test for the 2nd time and still don’t have results. I’m 36 weeks pregnant. It’s ridiculous. I didn’t get my FMLA through my work because paperwork was submitted far too late. I didn’t receive my disability, again because no one gets anything done in a timely fashion. I have been completely ignored via email and when I call, they say “sure, no problem” but will never actually follow through. I’ve showed up crying out of complete frustration trying to get paperwork completed as this practice has no concern for how they are affecting your life. I 100% would not recommend. It’s just very unfortunate because I’m a reasonable person with reasonable expectations. I’m beyond disappointed with the administration, has had me stressed the entire time I was a patient here."

"Dr. Patel is the most professional, kind and wonderful doctor. The entire staff was amazing. Shalu and Erika were very nice and helped us for setting up all appointments. I went to all 3 woodbridge, Linden and edison office. They are well organized. I will continue to use their services. I am super excited to meet my new baby and are thankful to the doctor and the staff for all their love and support."

"First initial visit was good of course. By the second visit I started to notice the doctor didn’t care much about my concerns, I was always placed in a room to wait an extremely long time before he shows up and quickly go over the visit. Front desk was nice. I had a procedure done and was never contacted for a follow up. Overall horrible, I only gave it two stars because of first visit and front desk ladies."
