"Terrible customer service. Id give a Zero stars if I could. I made my appt through their website & no other information or documents was requested. 40 mins before mi appt time they called me to tell me they needed a whole bunch of documents in order to be seeing, fine i let it pass & rescheduled. I waited for my second appt, sent them all the information needed, I arrived to the place and when im sitting in this place they have the audacity to tell me that the appt was virtual! Like really? On top I never received that virtual call from them. so unprofessional. Dont waste your time here."

"Don’t go to these people. They will guarantee a good refund but at the expense of owing the IRS double. These people commit fraud. I have already sent documentation to the IRS on this company of the fraud that they’re committing and on top taking hard peoples hard working money. I called to demand clarification on what happened and they couldn’t even help me when the IRS started investigating. I had to pay a reputable accountant to re-do my taxes and fix the damages that were done. Don’t waste your time here. You will be spending more money and more headaches."
