"Classes are available for both kids and adults, beginners through blackbelts. Inaddition to self defense kids also learn self control and how to focus. Training with Master Lou has helped my daughter focus, learn to work toward goals and become more physically fit. We started out going once a week now she goes twice a week and even wants to practice on her own at home! This is the solution to getting your kids off video games, youtube, and the couch! "Master Lou is the most honest instructor I have met. He really loves martial arts and is dedicated to teaching each student techniques and basic life safety. He always makes sure people are thinking and aware. I transferred here after 11 years training with an instructor and I wish I started here in the first place. He teaches safety when practicing techniques and even will not show certain techniques to certain age levels because they are more dangerous. I would recommend master Lou to anyone with children who desire skill in the martial arts.
