"edison oak tree road office. Made an appointment in sept 2023 for an appt to get my sons tooth filled first available for a filling was january 18th 2024... i waited... FIVE months for this appointment... today is january 17th 2024... i recieved a call today to confirm my appt for my six year old.. i was told he would be put on medication to make him woosy so they can do the filling.. she continues to say that i can not be in the room... i didnt like that... older kids maybe i understand but a six year old ? alot of parents just arent confortable with that. i shared my concerns and just asked "well why cant i be in there with my six year old" her answer was the doctor can get distracted and the room is too small... she then said "if you dont trust Dr.liya then this isnt the right dentist for you" right then and there i canceled. who said anything about trusting ? my only concern is my child and god forbid something had went wrong i would witness first hand and be able to tend to my child. i have been going to that building since i was a little girl... granted.. different doctor.. but my mother never left my side. and none of you should ever let your small children leave your site. point blank"
