"This is not a review reflective of Dr. Choi. He is an amazing dentist just as all of the previous feedbacks have mentioned. His devotion to his clients is the main reason I stayed loyal to his practice for over 5 years despite the relocation that extended my commute to an hour each way. However, most of my experiences with the receptionist for the past years haven't been pleasant and the recent one was the last straw that led me to deciding to not return. There was some miscommunication/understanding in regard to the scheduled appointment, instead of approaching the issue in a professional manner and reaching a resolution together, I felt disrepected throughout the interaction. Receptionists are valuable in the sense that they are the gatekeepers for the business. As someone who's been in the customer service industry for decades, I am aware of various approaches that could be utilized to resolve a customer's needs respectfully and professionally, and none of my interactions with this person has conveyed that concept. At least now I no longer need to drive out of my way to experience that type of treatment."
